The lodges are built to the full residential BS3632 specification as park homes but with a log finish on the outside, and will have a veranda to one end, and they will be available for use 12 months a year. The lodges are to be used as second / holiday homes, and not as a main residence. There is an awful lot to be said about a lodge as a second home option, but here are a few key points:

* Full residential specification.
* They don't depreciate like a caravan, generally they follow the whims of the housing market.
* Minimum maintenance both internally and externally.
* No grounds or gardens to worry about as they would be maintained by ourselves.
*When you come to your second home you can enjoy it rather than spend time on DIY, decorating and gardening.
* A private park environment protects your property with somebody always on site.
